Treatment Coordination
A dedicated coordination layer for appointments, hospital admission, reports, billing discussions, discharge, and family updates.
Overview
Once treatment starts, patients and attendants should not have to manage every appointment desk, report collection, estimate clarification, and schedule change alone. Medavelle provides practical coordination between the patient, family, hospital international desk, doctors, diagnostic teams, billing desk, and support providers so the journey stays organised.
What Medavelle does
- Coordinate consultations, diagnostics and admission timing
- Help patient and attendant move through hospital processes with less confusion
- Keep reports, prescriptions, bills, estimates, discharge notes, and follow-up plans organised
- Support operational communication with hospital desks and international patient teams
- Share non-clinical updates with authorised family members
- Coordinate discharge planning, pharmacy requirements, travel-readiness checks, and follow-up scheduling
What to expect
- Coordination is operational; the clinical team leads diagnosis and treatment decisions
- You can nominate a family member to receive updates
- Urgent medical issues should always be raised directly with the hospital clinical team
- Response times depend on hospital workflow, consultant rounds, and department availability
What we do not do
- Medavelle does not perform any clinical procedure or bedside care
- We do not consent to procedures on your behalf
- We do not interfere with the treating doctor's clinical judgement
What to share with us
- Hospital appointment confirmation or treatment plan
- Passport and contact details for patient and attendant
- Medical reports, prescriptions, and current medicines
- Authorised family contact for updates, if required
- Accommodation details and arrival schedule
