Terms of Use
These terms explain the basis on which Medavelle provides website information and medical travel coordination support.
Start an enquiryBy using the Medavelle website or requesting support from us, you agree to use our services responsibly and understand that Medavelle is a coordination and facilitation platform, not a hospital, clinic, emergency provider or medical authority.
Scope of Services
Medavelle may assist with medical opinion coordination, hospital and doctor shortlisting, appointment scheduling, indicative treatment estimates, visa documentation support, travel and accommodation coordination, interpreter support and follow-up communication.
Eligibility and Authority
You should use Medavelle services only if you are legally able to do so, are acting for yourself or have authority from the patient or family member whose information you share. You are responsible for ensuring that the information submitted is accurate and up-to-date.
No Medical Advice
Information on this website and communication from Medavelle is for coordination and general guidance only. Diagnosis, prescriptions, treatment decisions, consent and clinical advice must come from qualified healthcare professionals.
Patient Responsibilities
- Share accurate personal, medical and travel information.
- Confirm all medical advice directly with the treating doctor or hospital.
- Review estimates, inclusions, exclusions and payment terms before confirming care.
- Arrange valid travel documents, visas and insurance where applicable.
Estimates and Availability
Treatment estimates, hospital availability, doctor availability, stay duration and travel plans are indicative unless confirmed in writing by the relevant provider. Final medical costs may change after physical evaluation, investigations, complications, room category, implants, medicines or length of stay.
Second Opinions and Remote Consultations
Second opinions, video consultations, written case reviews and remote discussions depend on the availability and judgement of independent doctors or hospitals. They may not replace physical examination, emergency care or advice from the treating clinical team.
Payments and Provider Charges
Hospital charges, doctor fees, diagnostic costs, accommodation, transport, interpreter support, visa fees and other third-party costs may be payable directly to the relevant provider unless a separate written arrangement states otherwise. Refunds, cancellations and changes are governed by the applicable provider terms.
Third-Party Providers
Hospitals, doctors, hotels, transport providers, interpreters and visa-support providers are independent parties. Medavelle may coordinate communication, but their services, decisions, timelines, pricing and outcomes remain their responsibility.
Website Use
You must not misuse the website, submit false information, attempt unauthorised access, copy content for commercial use without permission or use the platform for unlawful activity.
Content and Intellectual Property
Website text, design, brand elements, images and other materials are owned by or licensed to Medavelle unless stated otherwise. You may view them for personal information, but you may not copy, republish, sell or misuse them without written permission.
Electronic Communication
By contacting Medavelle, you agree that we may communicate with you through phone, WhatsApp, email, forms or other digital channels related to your enquiry. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current.
Limitation of Responsibility
Medavelle will make reasonable efforts to coordinate requested support, but we do not guarantee medical outcomes, visa approval, final costs, doctor availability, travel timelines, hospital admission, recovery or third-party service performance.

We may update these Terms of Use as our services, website or legal requirements change. Continued use of the website or services after updates means you accept the latest version.
